Visit

Valley View is 190 acres of unaltered, wide open space with tremendous natural and cultural
assets right at your fingertips. Our preserve is one of the last family farms in eastern Cincinnati
with remarkable ecological and historical significance given its location at the confluence of the
East Fork and Little Miami Rivers. Nearly every ecosystem in southwest Ohio is on site - isolated
and streamside wetlands, the East Fork River, woodlands and open prairie. The Valley View
property includes documented pre-history of North America dating back thousands of years as
well as artifacts from Native Americans who inhabited the land and traveled the East Fork.
Three families settled on the property in the early 1800s which is highlighted by the historic
Dairy Barn, Tobacco Barn toward the south end of the property and the 1810 farmhouse at the
north end of the property.
(already there…) Valley View has more than five miles of trails that are perfect for hiking,
walking and jogging in all seasons. Most of the trails are mowed grass through the open fields.
We also have trails through the wooded areas of our site including some low impact trails in the
wetlands and woodlands near the East Fork River. The Buckeye Trail travels through Valley View
and we are also part of the City of Milford's Urban Trail system.   Valley View is conveniently
located less than two miles from Old Milford and the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail that runs
from Milford to Springfield, Ohio.
