February Frozen Bottoms Run! Date TBD
February Frozen Bottoms Run!
Through the fields, the woods, and along the river.
The Valley View property was affectionately nicknamed "the bottoms" many years ago. In 2004, we created the Run for the Bottoms to help raise money to preserve the property and we decided to reintroduce the race in 2018. The race will have unofficial timing. A great way to support Valley View and explore the trails with family and friends! Remember, if you ran the Run for the Bottoms in the fall, you are automatically registered for the Frozen Bottoms Run.
Race day sponsors include:
Beacon Orthopaedics, Muddy Creek Pediatrics, Roads Rivers and Trails Adventure Outfitter, Altra Running and Tri-State Running Company.
Frozen Bottoms Run start time: 12pm
This year's apparel item is a custom print RFB long sleeve shirt! Please register/order no later than December 31st to guarantee your shirt size.
Milford Cross Country Invitational - Saturday, September 17th
The Valley View trails are a perfect venue for cross-country running! The Milford Invitational has been held at
Valley View since 2010 and we have enjoyed hosting the ECC Championships as well. Last
year, the Invitational included more than 1,000 runners representing 20+ different schools in the
area. There is plenty of parking and space for the spectators to cheer on the runners.
