On August 25, 2007, Valley View and the City of Milford closed on their third purchase of land. This acquisition included the purchase of two parcels consisting of a total of 33 acres. The purchase price of nearly $390,000 consisted of $107,500 in private grants and the balance of more than $280,000 coming from the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund. This purchase brings the total acreage owned by Valley View Foundation to 127.5.
